Exclusive Access to High-Value Delivery Driver Injury Cases in South Carolina
The Opportunity
Delivery Driver Injury Litigation
Why Is This One of the Fastest-Growing Practice Niches in South Carolina?
In the past five years, the volume of commercial and gig-economy delivery vehicles operating on South Carolina roads has grown dramatically. Amazon alone now operates thousands of daily routes through the state. Add UPS, FedEx, USPS, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, Walmart Spark, and dozens of regional carriers, and the sheer density of delivery traffic on state highways, residential streets, and urban corridors has reached historic levels.
More vehicles. More miles. More collisions.
What makes these cases particularly valuable:
Multiple liable parties. Delivery driver accidents often involve not just the driver, but their employer, a delivery service company (DSP), and the platform itself — creating complex, potentially high-value liability chains.
Commercial insurance coverage. Unlike standard passenger vehicle claims, many delivery drivers operate under commercial policies or platform-administered insurance programs with substantially higher coverage limits.
Documented evidence. GPS tracking, delivery logs, dispatch records, and platform data frequently survive these cases — giving experienced counsel meaningful discovery leverage.
Growing case volume. As e-commerce continues to expand throughout South Carolina’s metro areas and rural corridors alike, the pipeline of delivery-related injury claims is only growing.
What Partner Firms Receive
Here is what network membership provides:
1. Pre-screened, high-intent referrals
Every prospective client who reaches us has already described their situation, confirmed they were injured in a delivery driver incident, and indicated they are actively seeking legal representation. We do not forward tire-kickers.
2. South Carolina-exclusive focus
This network operates only within South Carolina. Referrals are generated through channels specifically targeting South Carolina residents — not aggregated from national campaigns and redistributed.
3. Territorial exclusivity
Each participating firm is assigned a defined geographic territory. We do not refer the same case to multiple firms, and we do not sell overlapping coverage. When you hold a territory, you hold it.
4. A defined niche with legitimate complexity.
Delivery driver cases involving gig-economy platforms require specific expertise. Our referrals go only to firms capable of handling that complexity — which means less competition and better outcomes for clients.
5. Reduced marketing overhead
You are not buying impressions. You are not competing in a crowded PPC auction. You are receiving direct referrals for cases already matched to your practice area, which translates to lower effective cost-per-case than most conventional advertising channels.
6. Transparent referral structure
Every referral comes with documented intake information. You will know what happened, when, where, and what the prospective client is seeking before you invest time in a consultation.
The Ideal Firm
Partner Firms Must Meet a Clear Standard
We are looking for firms that:
- Have an established personal injury practice with experience handling motor vehicle accident claims, including commercial vehicle matters
- Are admitted to practice and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar
- Have the staff capacity and intake infrastructure to respond promptly to new referrals — prospective clients who have just been injured are not willing to wait days for a callback
- Demonstrate a track record of client service that supports strong retention and referral-based growth
- Are committed to handling delivery driver cases with the complexity they require — including familiarity with, or willingness to develop expertise in, gig-economy platform liability
We currently have openings in select South Carolina markets, including portions of the Upstate, Midlands, Lowcountry, and Grand Strand regions. However, once a territory is assigned, it is closed to additional participants. If your firm serves a region where we already have a partner, we will let you know directly rather than waste your time.
If you are uncertain whether your target geography is still available, the fastest way to find out is to apply.
What Attorneys Usually Ask Before Applying
How are referrals screened before they reach my firm?
Every prospective client goes through an intake process before we refer them. We confirm the basic facts of the incident — date, location, the delivery platform or carrier involved, and the nature of the injuries claimed. We also confirm that the individual has not already retained counsel and is actively seeking representation. We do not forward incomplete inquiries or situations where representation is unlikely to be viable.
Is there exclusivity by region or territory?
Yes. Each participating firm is assigned a defined territory, and we do not refer cases within that territory to any other firm in the network. Territorial assignments are confirmed in writing as part of the participation agreement. We do not operate shared territories or allow geographic overlap between network partners.
What types of delivery driver cases are referred?
We refer cases arising from accidents involving drivers and vehicles operating under commercial and gig-economy delivery platforms, including but not limited to Amazon Delivery Service Partners, UPS, FedEx, USPS, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, and Walmart Spark. Cases may involve motor vehicle collisions, pedestrian strikes, slip-and-fall incidents at delivery locations, and other injury scenarios arising from delivery operations.
Are there participation requirements or costs involved?
Participation requirements are disclosed clearly during the application conversation and confirmed in a written agreement before any referrals are made. The program is structured to comply with applicable South Carolina ethics rules governing referral arrangements. There is no cost to apply, and we do not charge upfront retainer or subscription fees for network access.
How quickly are referrals delivered after initial client contact?
Our goal is to deliver qualified referral information to the partner firm within one business day of completing the client intake — and in many cases, same-day. We understand that timely contact is critical in injury matters, and our process is designed to support prompt client outreach.
What happens if a referred client decides not to pursue a claim?
Not every referral will result in a retained matter. We screen for intent and basic case viability, but we cannot guarantee outcomes. What we can commit to is that every referral we send represents a real person, a real incident, and a genuine expression of interest in legal representation.
